Herbs for the Menstrual Cycle

  • Center for Cultural Resilience 707 S. 50th St Philadelphia, PA 19143 (map)

In this hand-on workshop, Certified Professional Midwife Ray Rachlin and clinical herbalist Kelly McCarthy will share an overview of the cycle and related hormones, then talk about how one can use herbs and other simple self-care tools to ease PMS, cramps, and regulate irregular cycles. Together everyone will make a topical oil that can be used to support a healthy cycle. This class is open to everyone who has a menstrual cycle - and we'll use gender inclusive language with all topics. If you have a 4-6 oz glass jar, bring it, but all materials will be provided.

Cost: Sliding Scale $20 - $45 - if you need a further discount, we have a few spots available, prioritized for POC. Please bring cash or we'll take venmo and paypal the evening of the workshop
